We’ll verify your request and send a confirmation email with all the details. Arrange a convenient pickup time or choose our delivery service. We require a $200 deposit before you rent your gear, which can be paid via bank transfer or in cash when you pick up the gear. The deposit and the remaining balance will be charged or paid after you return the gear.

Enjoy your gear for the rental period. Return it by the agreed date or schedule a pickup if it was delivered. Contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental. We prefer that you collect your gear from our location in North Strathfield. Free delivery is available for orders over $250 if you are located within 20 kilometers.

How does the rental process work?
Choose your gear, book your dates, pay the rental fee and refundable deposit, then pick up (or request delivery). Return the gear in the same condition to receive your deposit back.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A standard $200 refundable deposit applies. Some premium items may require a higher deposit, which will be confirmed before booking.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, if the gear isn’t booked by someone else. Contact us before your return date to request an extension.
