How it Works

Step 1. Browse and Select

Explore our wide range of guitars and gear on our Inventory Page. 

Choose the items you wish to rent and complete the Rental Hire form with your details and rental dates.

Step 2. Confirm and Collect 

We’ll verify your request and send a confirmation email with all the details. Arrange a convenient pickup time or choose our delivery service. We require a $200 deposit before you rent your gear, which can be paid via bank transfer or in cash when you pick up the gear. The deposit and the remaining balance will be charged or paid after you return the gear and we complete our inspection. 

Step 3. Enjoy and Return

Enjoy your gear for the rental period. Return it by the agreed date or schedule a pickup if it was delivered. Contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental. We prefer that you collect your gear from our location in Homebush. Free delivery is available for orders over $100 if you are located within 20 kilometers.
